Post Oak Delight
Description
This Post Oak Delight is a sophisticated, no-bake dessert that balances rich chocolate with bright raspberry notes. The base is a crisp, buttery crust made from crushed chocolate wafers, providing a sturdy foundation for the creamy layers above. A thick layer of vanilla frozen yogurt offers a smooth, cool texture, while the vibrant raspberry sorbet adds a refreshing tartness that cuts through the sweetness. Topped with a generous drizzle of warm, homemade fudge sauce and extra wafer crumbs, this dessert is both indulgent and visually striking. It is perfect for summer gatherings, holiday parties, or whenever you want a show-stopping sweet treat without turning on the oven for the main assembly. Serve immediately for the best contrast between the cold filling and warm sauce.Ingredients

Note
To make the fudge sauce: In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, corn syrup, and butter. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract until smooth. Keep warm for serving.
For best texture, let the dessert sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing to soften slightly.
Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Thaw slightly before serving.
