  1. In a large glass bowl, combine Greek-style yoghurt with lemon chilli sauce to create a creamy base.
  2. Add finely chopped dried apricots, chopped sweetened dried cranberries, and toasted flaked almonds to the yoghurt mixture.
  3. Stir in chopped coriander leaves, reserving 2 tablespoons of whole leaves for garnish.
  4. Thread chicken pieces onto prepared skewers.
  5. Heat a char-grill over high heat.
  6. Cook chicken skewers in batches, turning occasionally and brushing with extra chilli sauce.
  7. Grill for approximately 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and charred to your liking.
  8. Serve the hot skewers immediately, drizzled with the prepared fruit and nut sauce and garnished with reserved coriander.
