  3. Wash herring fillets and
  4. roll up, starting from the tail.
  5. Place in a baking dish and add the stout-and-vinegar mixture.
  6. Add all other ingredients.
  7. Cover with baking parchment or foil and bake in a moderate oven (about 350F (177&# 194;°C)) for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, allow to cool, and serve
