Raspberry Gems
Description
These Raspberry Gems are a delightful treat that combines buttery shortbread with tart raspberry filling and rich chocolate. The cookies are soft yet crumbly, offering a perfect contrast to the smooth chocolate coating. Ideal for tea time or as a festive gift, they bring a touch of elegance to any occasion. Made with simple ingredients like flour, butter, and sour cream, these gems are easy to prepare but impressive enough for special gatherings. The addition of chopped almonds adds a nice crunch, while the raspberry filling provides a burst of flavor in every bite. Perfect for those who enjoy a balance of sweet and tangy tastes.Ingredients
