Roast Duckling A La Orange
Description
This elegant Roast Duckling A La Orange delivers a perfect balance of savory richness and bright citrus notes. The ducklings are seasoned with rosemary and roasted until the skin is crisp and the meat is tender. They are then served with a sophisticated sauce made from caramelized sugar, vinegar, orange juice, and a splash of Grand Marnier. The addition of sautéed celery and onion adds a subtle earthy depth to the glossy glaze.Ingredients
