Note

Thawing: Allow 24 hours of thawing time in the refrigerator for every 4-5 pounds of turkey.

Stuffing: If stuffing the turkey, add 25-30 minutes to the cooking time. Ensure stuffing reaches 165ðF internally.

Resting: Letting the turkey rest allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring moist meat when carved.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
