Sliced 1 tb Worcestershire sauee 1 md Onion -- sliced Salt and pepper to taste 6 tb Butter or margarine 1/3 c Chicken broth 1/3 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded

Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20in.

Cormbine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
