  1. Seeds ground 1/3 c Whole wheat flour 1 ts Salt 2 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Basil 2 Eggs (egg substitute) SOAK soybeans overnight. Drain and Dry. COARSELY CHOP soybeans SAUTE onions and mix with remaining ingredients SHAPE into patties and cook on a griddle or in a skillet. OR BAKE patties at 350 for 20 minutes TO KEEP PATTIES FROM STICKING, sprinkle griddle or baking dish with sesame seeds. OR FREEZE on a cookie sheet and then store in freezer. Take from freezer when ready to
