Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except apple with mixer.
  2. Add apple and mix by hand.
  3. Spoon into oiled fry pan, at medium heat.
  4. Turn when bubbles appear and harden.
  5. Brown other side.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of topping.
