Directions

  1. Mix eggs, flour and baking powder and knead well.
  2. Dough should be soft but stiff enough to roll.
  3. Roll with hands by bits into long ropes 1/2" in diameter.
  4. Use very little flour in rolling to avoid toughness.
  5. Slice in 1/2" lengths.
  6. Heat oven to 350 F (177&# 194;°C).
