  1. Steam tempeh for 20 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool enough to handle.
  3. Cut into cubes slightly smaller than 1/2 inch.
  4. Combine with remaining ingredients & mix lightly.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
  6. I use tofu based mayonnaise,
  7. blend the tofu well with a touch of salt & pepper, lemon juice & a crushed garlic clove
