  1. Cut the boneless chicken into thin slices.
  2. Combine the chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of the teriyaki baste & glaze in a bowl.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and ginger; stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the marinated chicken and the white parts of the green onions to the wok.
  7. Stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Add the tomato wedges, green onion tops, and the remaining 3 tablespoons of teriyaki baste & glaze.
  9. Cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are heated through and coated with the glaze, about 1-2 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.
