  1. Preheat broiler pan.
  2. Combine tomato, onion and basil and set aside.
  3. Brush fillet of fish with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place tomato mixture in the center of each fillet.
  5. Melt butter in skillet.Cook and stir onion until tender.
  6. Place fish in skillet.
  7. Add lemon juice and water.
  8. Simmer till tender (10 minutes)
