  2. Add Onion, Garlic, Celery and cook until softened.
  3. Add Chicken Broth and cook until browned.
  4. Add Chicken Broth, Tomatoes, Tomato Puree.
  5. Add Tortillas.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until all ingredients are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
