This Tropical Mahimahi recipe transforms simple fish steaks into a restaurant-quality meal with minimal effort. The secret lies in the vibrant marinade of orange juice, lime, honey, and garlic, which tenderizes the delicate mahimahi while infusing it with sweet and tangy flavors. Baking or broiling the fish ensures it stays moist and flaky, developing a light caramelized crust. Topped with a fresh pineapple salsa, this dish offers a burst of tropical freshness that complements the savory glaze perfectly. It is an ideal choice for warm-weather dinners, quick weeknight meals, or light summer gatherings. The combination of citrus and honey creates a balanced profile that appeals to both fish lovers and those who prefer sweeter, aromatic dishes.
