  1. Remove the giblets and neck from the chicken cavity, discarding or saving for stock as desired.
  2. Place the whole chicken breast-side down into the slow cooker.
  3. Pour 1 cup of the Sweet & Spicy sauce into the cavity of the chicken.
  4. Pour the remaining sauce evenly over the top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker to carve and serve.
