  1. OR hamburger 5 ts Tender quick salt 2 1/2 ts Coarse black pepper 2 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1 ts Hickory smoked salt/liquid Flavoring
  2. Mix all ingredients in a pan.
  3. Keep refrigerated and covered.
  4. Mix well once a day for 3 days.
  5. On 4th day form in firm compact rolls and place on broiler pan.
  6. Bake 4 hours at 180 degrees.
  7. Turn rolls 3 timesduring baking.
  8. Salami may be cooked longer it you wish it to be firmer
