  2. Mix dry ingredients together: Unbleached flour, Whole wheat flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
  6. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
