: chopped : Dressing:1/2 c olive oil 1 TB fresh lemon juice 1 TB wine vinegar : black pepper -- to taste 1 TB fresh mint 1/2 ts cumin seed * Use Vidalia onions or other sweet onions such as Walla Walla, Maui, Imperial Sweet or Texas 1015.
