cubed 1 c Water 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Parsley, chopped Saute onion & garlic in oil until translucent, about 2 minutes.

Add rice & saute for 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of the parsley & bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover & simmer until the rice is tender, about 25 minutes.

Garnish with parsley & serve.
