Description

This International dessert features Box golden graham cereal, Box golden raisins, Roasted mixed nuts & pecans, Chocolate morsels, Peanut butter. It delivers smooth, comforting richness, sweet, indulgent flavor. A wonderful way to end any meal, especially on special occasions. Simple to make with ingredients you likely already have on hand, this is a recipe you will come back to again and again.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. In a sauce pan, slowly melt margerine, chocolate morsels, and peanut butter, stirring constantly.
  3. DO NOT BOIL.
  4. Add vanilla and cool.
  5. Pour sauce (about 1/3 at the time) over cereal mix and mix until well coated.
  6. Pour into a large grocery bag and shake with the powdered sugar (about 1/2 box at the time).
  7. Store in tightly covered container.
  8. This makes enough for a crowd and is nice for gifts.
  9. It is a sweet version of the popular Nuts and Bolts.
  10. This was given to us Christmas 1991 by Mary Alice King of Dixie Union, Georgia
