  1. Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a 10-inch microwave-safe skillet and heat uncovered for 30 seconds until melted.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken liver thoroughly with the seasoned flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated livers in the skillet with the melted butter.
  5. Microwave uncovered for 4 minutes.
  6. Turn the livers over and microwave uncovered for an additional 3 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.

  8. Cover the skillet and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
