  1. Mix pork,egg,soy sauce,salt & pepper.
  2. Fill won - tons.
  3. Cook in boiling water until won-tons float to top.
  4. Remove from water.
  5. Heat chicken stock and add won tons, ladle into soup bowls and add shallots and soy sauce.
