  1. Salt and pepper ds Nutmeg 2 Eggs; beaten 1/2 c Dried bread crumbs 8 sl Swiss cheese 2 tb Parsley; chopped Paprika In a medium-sized bowl
  2. combine beaten eggs with all ingredients except cheese , parsley and paprika.
  3. grease a pie pan, preferably deep dish, and
  4. layer zucchini mixture alternately with cheese, ending with cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
