  8. Remove stalks from leaves of kale greens and tear or chop into very small pcs.
  9. Bring to a boil with a bit of bacon and simmer while potatoes cook.
  10. Mash the potatoes with 1/4 c.

  13. Drain the chopped, cooked kale.
  14. (You should have about twice as many potatoes as kale.
  15. Mix the two together with 1 tb.

  17. Correct seasoning and serve with butter.
