Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by cutting the beef and chicken into medium strips, julienning the red and yellow peppers, slicing the zucchini on a bias, and washing the bean sprouts.
  2. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  3. Add the cubed beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add the chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink, then remove and set aside with the beef.
  5. Add the julienned red and yellow peppers to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. Add the sliced zucchini and bean sprouts to the wok, continuing to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked beef and chicken to the wok with the vegetables.
  8. Pour the warmed peanut sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture, tossing everything gently to coat evenly.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with thinly sliced green and white scallion rings, coarsely chopped cilantro, and black and white sesame seeds.
  10. Serve immediately over cooked crisp brown rice.
