  1. Honey-mustard glaze 2 ts Cornstarch 1/4 c Water 1 1/2 c Honey 1 tb Garlic; minced 1/4 c Soy sauce 1 Beef bouillon cube 1/4 c Lemon juice 1/3 c Dijon mustard 1 ts Tabasco sauce
  2. Combine water and cornstarch and
  3. set aside.
  4. Bring honey to boil in 1 qrt pan .
  5. Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5 min.
  6. Decrease heat to medium.
  7. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  8. Add cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube.
  9. simmer 5 min.
  10. stirring often.
  11. Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard and tabasco.
  12. Genty reheat before using
