  1. (1/4 C green; 1/4 C red) 1 c Fresh spinach; chopped 1 c Tomatoes; diced 1 ts Fresh oregano -(Romas are best) 1/4 ts Black pepper 2 ts Fresh basil; (minced) 1 Lemons; up to 3 1 ts -salt Using high

  3. cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
  4. When hot, add shrimp, toss until they begin to whiten.
  5. Add garlic, other herbs, and vegetables.
  6. Cook one minute.
  7. Add wine, squeeze juice from lemon(s) over, and simmer for one minute.
  8. Add linguine, toss and cook til heated through.
  9. serve immediately, and enjoy!
