Hushpuppies
Description
These deep-fried cornmeal fritters are seasoned with cayenne, garlic, and green onions for a savory, spicy flavor profile. The batter is chilled before frying to ensure a crisp, golden-brown exterior and a tender interior. A classic Cajun side dish that pairs perfectly with gumbo, stew, or seafood.Ingredients
