Simple ingredients come together to create a dish that feels homemade and satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350&# 194;°F (177ðC).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, quick-cooking oats, 1/4 cup of the boiling water, Italian seasoning, and vegetable soup mix. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. In a small bowl, combine corn-bread stuffing mix with the remaining 2 tablespoons of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
  4. Coat four 6-ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Press 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into the bottom of each prepared custard cup.
  6. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the prepared stuffing mixture over the turkey layer in each cup.
  7. Top with another 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture, pressing gently to seal the edges and cover the stuffing completely.
  8. Place the custard cups on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  9. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the loaves to loosen them. Invert the custard cups onto a serving plate.
