Lamb & Apple Casserole
Description
This robust Lamb and Apple Casserole is a classic comfort food that balances the rich, gamey flavor of lamb with the natural sweetness of cooking apples and raisins. The addition of Marmite creates a deep, savory umami broth that permeates the meat and vegetables. Layered with thinly sliced potatoes and onions, this dish simmers slowly until everything is meltingly tender. It is an excellent choice for cold evenings or when you want a satisfying, one-pot meal that feeds a family.Ingredients
