Note

Storage: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until required. Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Ingredients: Although the tag says Vegan, this recipe traditionally uses butter and condensed milk. For a vegan version, substitute butter with vegan margarine and condensed milk with a vegan coconut condensed milk alternative.

Tip: Ensure the chocolate is broken into small pieces for even melting. Do not boil the mixture, as high heat can cause the fudge to become grainy.

Variation: Add chopped nuts or a swirl of peanut butter before refrigerating for extra texture and flavor.
