  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips and saut until tender and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. Pour Marsala wine into the hot pan and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits.
  6. Pour the reduced wine over the reserved chicken.
  7. Add more olive oil to the pan if needed and heat until hot.
  8. Add sliced mushrooms, red peppers, yellow peppers, and minced garlic.
  9. Saut vegetables until tender.
  10. Add 2 3/4 cups chicken broth, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  11. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  12. Return the chicken and wine mixture to the pan and return to a boil.
  13. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup chicken broth until smooth.
  14. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce.
  15. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  16. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
