Food 1 ts Vanilla 3/4 c Cocoa 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 c Boiling water 1 3/4 c Sugar 1 c All-purpose flour 1/2 c Whole-wheat flour 1 1/4 c Peanut butter chips
