  1. chops, trimmed of all fat 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 ts Maple flavor 1.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pear, onion, syrup, margarine (butter) and ginger; mix well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
  5. Spray heavy nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Heat over medium high heat until hot.
  7. Add pork chops.
  8. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.
  9. Pour pear mixture over pork chops.
