Note
Although the original ingredient list was incomplete, this recipe assumes standard takeout-style ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders, 1 package pre-minced garlic, 1-2 cups broccoli florets or sliced carrots, 1/4 lb snow peas, 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp ground ginger or 1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger.
For a gluten-free version, substitute soy sauce with tamari.
You can substitute fresh ginger with ground ginger if fresh is unavailable, but the flavor will be less aromatic.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave or skillet.
