Ingredients
  • 8 cup Popcorn, popped
  • 1 cup Almonds, pecans, peanuts (or
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Light corn syrup
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 6 oz Semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

    Place the popped popcorn and nuts in a large roasting pan and mix together.

    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, corn syrup, salt, and butter.

    Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture becomes very thick.
