Use this dressing as a marinade for broccoli, mushrooms, or other vegetables before steaming or stir-frying for added flavor.
Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using as the oil and vinegar may separate.
For a spicier version, increase the amount of Picante Sauce or add a dash of chili flakes.
