  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Skim milk
  • 1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon water, very cold
  • 2 Egg Whites; lightly beaten
