  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 6 TBS unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 TBS flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut in pieces
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 1/2 oz Snickers bars, cut up
  • 10 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz milk chocolate
  • 2 TBS whipping cream

    In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a buttered 9-inch glass pie pan. Bake for about 5 minutes. Cool on a rack, keeping oven on.

    For the fudge layer: Sift 6 tablespoons flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl; set aside.
