  • 3 1/2 Sticks Butter or margarine,

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 3/4 Cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Cups Chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp Milk
