Note
For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt for a richer texture. If a vegan version is preferred, use a thick, unsweetened plant-based yogurt.
You can substitute fresh mint with 2 tablespoons of dried mint, crushed, or 1/4 cup of coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley for a different herbal note. Dill is also a traditional alternative.
