  1. Blanch garlic cloves in boiling water 3 times, changing water each time.
  2. Drain and thinly slice garlic.
  3. Quickly blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then shock in ice water.
  4. Peel skin, seed and dice.
  5. Combine chicken stock, lemon juice and soy sauce in saucepan and bring to boil.
  6. Add garlic slices, ginger, green onions and tomatoes
