  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Stir in sugar and beat well.
  3. Add extract, rind and flour sifted with baking powder.
  4. Mix will.
  5. Chill 1 hour.
  6. Roll out ONE HALF INCH thick on floured board.
  7. Roll springerle pin over dough, or press mold into top, flouring pin or mold each time.
