  7. Remove from heat and strain off the liquid.
  8. Rinse the beans briefly to remove excess sugar, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
  9. Stir in the diced yellow tomatoes and lime juice.
  10. Let the salsa sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
