Directions

  1. frozen, thawed, chopped and squeezed dry.
  2. Heat oven to 350~F.
  3. Combine baking mix and 1/2 c cold water; stir until soft dough forms.
  4. Press dough into bottom of greased 13x9" baking dish.
  5. Cook ground beef in large nonstick skillet until brown.
  6. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry) and 1 c water.
  7. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Spoon mixture over dough.
  9. Combine spinach, ricotta cheese and onions; spread over ground beef mixture.
  10. Combine Cheddar cheese, sour cream and egg; spoon evenly over spinach mixture.
  11. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
  12. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
