Description

This International sandwich features Garlic, minced, Green onions, minced, Shiitake mushrooms. It delivers aromatic, well-seasoned taste. A reliable recipe that works well for everyday cooking. Ingredients

Directions

  1. Black & white pepper, to -- taste 1/4 c Breadcrumbs
  2. Heat oil & saute garlic, green onions & shittake mushrooms.
  3. Stir in the herbs, vinegar & tamari, & cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a blender or food processor.
  5. Add the chickpeas & puree.
  6. Transfer pureed mixture to a large mixing bowl & mix in the couscous & quinoa.
  7. Stir in the egg replacer & spelt flour.
  8. Season.
  9. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions & shape into patties.
  10. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  11. Place in oven & broil until lightly browned on both sides.
  12. Serve on buns with any fixings you might desire.
