Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together: Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Sugar.

In another bowl, cream together: Vegetable oil, Egg.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in: Pine nuts.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
