  1. Salt Warm the oil in a heavy skillet,
  2. add the almonds & saute over the low
  3. heat until they are golden brown.
  4. Take care not to burn them.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with cumin & a little salt.
  7. VARIATION: Add raisins or dried fruit.
