miniature marshmallows -(opt.) 1/2 c Orange juice 1 orange, -sliced 1/4 c Brown sugar

Drain yams and discard liquid.

Arrange in baking dish.

Pour orange juice over yams.

Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar.

Dot with butter.
